Design Commune

Everything a space needs, and everyone who makes it, in one place.

Hyderabad · Opening September 1

Homes, offices, hospitality. One experience centre.

Where it all comes together.

For architects, designers and the clients they build for.

Everything for your home, and everyone who makes it, in one place.

A home used to arrive in pieces. A kitchen chased across the city, a stone found in one place, the light drawn in another. Here, they share a floor.

The hand that draws a room works within reach of the hand that builds it, and within reach of you. You touch the material before it becomes a wall. You meet the maker before it becomes a promise.

For the trade, the floor covers material selection, procurement, technical support and installation, one team answerable from the first drawing to the final handover.

The design stays the architect's. The accountability becomes ours. From a single kitchen to a full turnkey fit out, across homes, offices, hospitality and retail, every decision on site still answers to the intent it started with.

Collections

Right now a slab is being cut, a pendant wired, a courtyard planted, a table planed to its grain. Every craft that finishes a space, gathered into six collections under one roof, one line we make ourselves and five partners chosen for the work they already do well. Scroll through what each one covers, then come see the same materials on the floor before anything is drawn up.

What's inside

Six zones under one roof, each one a full collection, not a shelf to browse. Hover over a name to preview what a zone holds, then click to open its tray: two short reads on the material and how it's made, a set of tags for what's inside, and photographs pulled straight from the pieces standing a few steps away. Nothing here is a rendering.

  1. The heart of the Eone line. Kitchens measured to the way you actually cook, then built to the millimetre. Open a drawer, close a door, run a hand along the stone, all before any of it is yours.

Cabinetry, worktop and hardware chosen together, so nothing is left to chance on site. One team surveys the room, cuts the joinery and fits it, answerable to you from the first line to the final handle.

    • Modular
    • Bespoke
    • Islands
    • Appliances
  2. Wardrobes drawn to disappear into the wall they stand against. Feel the carcass, the hinge, the shutter finish, and hear the soft close, before a single panel is cut for your room.

Planned around what you own, not a standard grid, drawers for the folded, rails for the hung, a home for the awkward. Finished to match the room it sits in, so storage reads as architecture, not furniture pushed to a wall.

    • Built-in
    • Walk-in
    • Sliding
    • Loft
  3. The dining table, the bed, the one piece no shop stocks. Drawn for your room, joined by hand, and finished to outlast the people who ordered it.

You bring the room, the ritual, the corner no catalogue answers. We draw to it, sample the timber and the finish with you, then build in solid wood, so the piece belongs to your home and to no showroom floor.

    • Seating
    • Beds
    • Storage
  4. Light and intelligence, drawn together from the first line. Elegance layers the glow, Reloto wires the room to answer, and both run live on the floor, so you can watch a space change at a single touch.

One plan for the fittings, the wiring and the control, set down before the walls close. Scenes for morning, for dinner, for the late film, and a house that dims, holds its temperature and locks itself while you simply live in it.

    • Scenes
    • Ambient
    • Climate
    • Blinds
  5. Stone from Helios, chosen a whole slab at a time. Read the vein at full size in real daylight, and feel the finish under your palm before it becomes your counter, your floor, your wall.

Every slab is one of a kind, so you choose the actual piece that becomes your home, not a sample of it. We bookmatch the veins with you, plan the cuts around them, and seal the surface to live with water, heat and years.

    • Marble
    • Granite
    • Slabs
    • Bookmatch
  6. The last layers, indoors and out. D Edit dresses the rooms, Nirvana plants the courtyards and terraces, so the home arrives finished, not merely built.

Indoors, D Edit chooses the rug, the art, the lamp that ends a room. Outdoors, Nirvana reads the light and the soil, then plants courtyards and terraces that soften year on year, so the house meets its garden as one design.

From design to handover

Not a warehouse with billing counters. Bring a client, or come as one, and the same team carries the project the whole way, not handed off between departments as it moves. The brief becomes a materials list, the materials list becomes a build schedule, and the build schedule becomes a handover date, all tracked on one floor instead of scattered across vendors. Four stops carry it from a first sketch to a finished space with keys in hand.

Start with the brief

Come with working drawings, a client in tow, or a half formed idea. Wherever the project stands, everything to move it forward is already on this floor.

One point of contact reads the brief against the drawings, flags what's missing, and turns it into a scope of work, a materials list and a first budget before anything is ordered. You leave the first meeting with a plan, not a quote.

Touch everything

Sample walls, working kitchens, stone at full slab, light you can dim by hand. Specify from what your hands have checked, not from a catalogue.

Every sample here traces back to a supplier already vetted for lead time and quality, so what you specify on the floor is what lands on site, not a substitute picked under deadline. Finishes are logged against the schedule the moment you choose them, so procurement starts the same day.

Walk clients through it

Spaces staged the way people actually use them, so a presentation becomes a walkthrough and a maybe becomes a yes.

Room sets carry real switches, real drawer runs, real stone, so questions about scale, storage or finish get answered on the spot instead of in a follow up email. What gets approved here goes straight into the working drawings, so nothing is re-argued once it's on site.

One team to handover

Design, procurement, execution and styling under one agreement. You keep the authorship, we carry the accountability, and the site builds what was drawn.

Site visits, quality checks and vendor coordination run on one calendar, not four. At handover you get the as-built drawings, warranty documents and a snag list already closed, so the finish you saw on the floor is the finish you live in.

The doors open September 1.

Come walk the floor. The running around ends the same day.
